The Spa at Sugar Cane Club features 6 treatment rooms designed with the ultimate spa treatment in mind. Enjoy complimentary use of towels, robes, slippers & lockers while our therapists help take you on an unforgettable journey.

Opening Hours

The Spa is opened 7 days a week for your convenience

Opening hours are:

Monday – Friday 10:00 – 6:00.

Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays 9:00 – 5:00

Arrival Time

We invite you to come at least 20 minutes before your scheduled treatment to allow sufficient time to indulge in some of our complimentary amenities. Why not try our dipping pool surrounded by botanical gardens with its own shower facility for your benefit. There’s always the option of a steam room to open the pores and revitalize the blood circulation. Just notify the receptionist of which facility you will be taking advantage of so that your therapist can come and get you for your treatment.

Spa Reservations

It is recommended that you make your reservation in advance to avoid any disappointment. All treatments for hotel guests will be charged to your room bill for convenient payment at the end of your stay. For local clients we will accept most forms of payment; cash, cheques, credit or debit cards. You may call the spa during the hours of 10:00 – 6:00 weekly or 9:00 – 5:00 on weekends and bank holidays. Credit card details and a local contact telephone number are required to make any local spa reservations.

Clothing Apparel

Your therapist will provide you with slippers and gowns prior to your treatment. Towels will then be laid out on the treatment bed which will be suitably draped over your body to ensure that you feel comfortable at all times. Underwear may be kept on for comfort; disposable underwear is also available at your request. Don’t forget to bring along your swimsuit if you will be using the pool facilities.

Fitness Zone

Looking for something to do to keep the fitness levels up while on vacation why not try our state of the art squash courts where you can enjoy a game with the family or a friend. The viewing area upstairs is ideal for spectators to witness the fast-paced game. If squash is not your cup of tea, there’s always the gym next door where you can work up a sweat before going for a swim in the pool.

Who Should I Tell If I Have Any Special Concerns

Please advise the receptionist at the time of booking your appointment if you have any special needs, allergies and medical conditions, especially if you have high blood pressure or if you are pregnant. Remember to communicate with your therapist to ensure your satisfaction and get the best results out of your treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted up to (6) hours prior to the start of your treatment to avoid a cancellation charge. All cancellations after (6) hours will incur a 50% charge on the treatment price. If you fail to show up for your treatment without notification, you will be charged in full.

Age Limit

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the Spa Facilities.
